3-5 years of experience in visualization, with a portfolio demonstrating broad artistic interests.
Advanced knowledge of 3DS Max, Vray, and Photoshop. Unreal Engine and Corona experience is a bonus.
Strong understanding of image-making, design trends, and architectural concepts.
Proven ability to work on complex projects, with excellent time management and attention to detail.
Proficiency in English and/or Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A degree in architecture or a related field is advantageous.

Develop and animate unique concepts that align with project objectives and client needs.
Collaborate with the creative team to storyboard, design, and layout animation projects.
Utilize various software and techniques to create compelling 2D or 3D animations.
Oversee the post-production process, including editing, color grading, and adding special effects.
Stay updated with the latest animation trends and techniques, continuously seeking ways to improve skills and outputs.
Work closely with clients and team members to revise animations and edits based on feedback.

Proven experience in animation and post-production with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Proficiency in industry-standard animation and post-production software such as Autodesk 3dsMax, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Nuke or similar.
Knowledge of the entire post-production process, including editing, color grading, and special effects.
Strong understanding of storytelling, timing, and pacing within animations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
